Donnel’s Creek Subdivision

The location of Donnels Creek Farm (DCF) lends itself to “neighborhood living in the country”. DCF is located 3 miles east of St. Rt. 235, 7 miles west of St. Rt. 68, 11 miles north of I-70 and 12 miles from WPAFB with the BRAC jobs. It’s also within 15 miles of Troy, Tipp City, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Springfield, New Carlisle, St. Paris and the I-70 / St. Rt. 235 Industrial Park.

Donnels Creek Farm’s 82.1 acres have been annexed into the quiet Village of North Hampton. Being located within North Hampton gives DCF access to public water and sewer as well as natural gas, cable. The children of the area attend the desirable Northwestern school district. North Hampton has no city income tax.

Old Village:

The Village of North Hampton is made up of homes mainly built in the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. The village has its own water treatment facility, Sewer collection and 4 acre park. It also houses what was once the largest wood structure this side of the Mississippi. In the center of town you will find the Post Office, barber shop, Beauty Parlor and the convenience of a Family dollar.
